A local specialty from Nonthaburi, inspired by a traditional recipe from a vegetarian eatery in Talat Phlu. Lovingly passed down by our grandmother to the next generation before she passed away.
Less dough, more vegetables. Crispy outside, soft inside, served with our signature dipping sauce.

Basic Frying Instructions

  • - Heat oil in a pan until hot. This helps prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pan. Fry until the bottom turns light golden, then gently flip to the other side. Once both sides are golden and crispy, they are ready to serve.
  • - Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Cook for 10–13 minutes (depending on the power of your air fryer). Once the kui chai turns light golden, it is ready to serve.

Cooking Tips

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the dumplings to prevent sticking. Fry until the bottom turns light golden, then gently flip to the other side. Once both sides are golden and crispy, they are ready to serve.

Air fryer
Air fry at 180°C for 14–20 minutes (depending on the air fryer model).
